**Job Title: Perfumer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Fragrance Development: Formulate new fragrances by combining different aromatic ingredients such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, and natural extracts. Experiment with various compositions to achieve desired scent profiles.
- Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging ingredients. Conduct research on new raw materials and technologies to enhance fragrance development processes.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, including perfume houses, cosmetics companies, and consumer goods manufacturers, to understand their needs and preferences. Interpret client briefs and develop fragrance concepts that align with their brand identity and target market.
- Perfume Evaluation: Conduct sensory evaluations to assess the quality, stability, and performance of fragrances. Use analytical tools and techniques to measure parameters such as odor intensity, longevity, and diffusion.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards in fragrance formulations. Perform quality control tests to validate the stability and safety of finished products.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of fragrance formulas, raw material specifications, and experimental data. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate fragrance concepts, development progress, and project outcomes to internal teams and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to integrate fragrances into final products. Provide technical support and guidance during product launches and production scale-up activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in fragrance development. Participate in professional development activities such as workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 per month
