Position Overview:

- **Sales Admission Counselor**:

- As a Sales Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in driving enrollment for our educational programs. You will engage with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and offer tailored advice on the most suitable courses, ultimately converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
- **Sales Career Guidance Counselor**:
In this role, you will provide expert career guidance to individuals seeking direction in their professional journey. You will identify their goals, recommend appropriate educational pathways, and guide them towards making informed decisions—converting these consultations into successful sales outcomes.
- **Sales Telecaller**:
The Sales Telecaller will focus on outreach and relationship-building through telephone communication. You will present LIA Group’s services to potential clients, address inquiries, and work to convert leads into sales. This role is essential for generating and nurturing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively drive sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant offerings.
- Deliver personalized consultations to prospects, converting inquiries into formal agreements.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads, provide ongoing support, and ensure smooth progression through the sales pipeline.

Pay: ₹10,877.98 - ₹30,705.46 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
