As a Remote Marketing Executive for our software company, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives to promote our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This role offers an opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Developing Marketing Strategies**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- **Content Creation and Management**:
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**:
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Manage company profiles on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to build brand presence and engage with the audience.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, drive traffic, and foster community engagement.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) in marketing roles with a focus on software products/services.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with software industry trends, technologies, and terminology is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
