**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and blockchain specialists, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon existing designs.
- Design user interfaces that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and accessibility while maintaining consistency with Web3 design principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies related to Web3 and blockchain user experiences.
- Actively contribute to the design team's processes, tools, and design systems to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

**What we need**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find elegant design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet project deadlines.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Well versed in HTML, CSS and frameworks like Material UI
- Ability to quickly translate an idea to Proof of Concept
