**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including engine performance problems, transmission issues, and HVAC systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Perform wheel alignments, suspension work, and basic engine repairs.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and labor hours.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs and solutions to customers as necessary.
- Stay updated with new automotive technologies and advancements.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive trade school or certification preferred).
- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience as an automotive technician.
- ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, engine, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and technical instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy parts and equipment and stand for extended periods.
