**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **engaging and hands-on training sessions** on **Visual Effects (VFX)** using software like **Nuke, Silhouette, After Effects, Houdini, Maya, and Photoshop**.
- Teach essential VFX concepts, including:

- **Compositing & CGI Integration**:

- **Rotoscoping & Keying**:

- **Match Moving & Motion Tracking**:

- **Matte Painting & Digital Set Extension**:

- **Particle Effects & Dynamics Simulation**:

- Develop **structured lesson plans, assignments, and live projects** to enhance practical learning.
- Provide **one-on-one mentorship**, helping students build **industry-ready portfolios and showreels**.
- Conduct **workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions** to expose students to real-world scenarios.
- Stay updated with **emerging trends and software advancements** in the VFX industry to ensure students receive cutting-edge training.
- Collaborate with the **academic team** to refine the curriculum, aligning it with current **industry standards**.
- Guide students on **career paths, industry opportunities, and interview preparation**.
- Maintain an **interactive and engaging classroom environment**, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Assist in **student internships, placements, and industry collaborations**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Degree/Diploma** in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in **VFX software**:

- **Compositing & Motion Graphics**: Nuke, After Effects
- **Tracking & Rotoscoping**: Mocha, Silhouette
- **Editing & Matte Painting**: Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of **VFX pipelines, color grading, rendering, and post-production workflows**.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to **explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner**.
- Prior experience in **studio-based VFX production or teaching** is preferred.
- Passion for **mentoring, guiding, and inspiring students**.
- Ability to **manage classroom interactions, conduct live demonstrations, and provide constructive feedback**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Industry experience with a strong **portfolio/showreel** showcasing VFX projects.
- Experience with **Unreal Engine for real-time VFX** (a plus).
- Familiarity with **AI tools in VFX** and the latest advancements in the field.
- Knowledge of **stereoscopic VFX and virtual production workflows**.
