About The Role:- Perform all Scrum Master critical functions such as daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, tracking and reporting critical sprint metrics- Manage resolution of all known sprint blockers- Support resource planning and reporting- Work closely with PMO and Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy and design new and enhance existing finance systems- Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements- Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)- 3- 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments- Developer-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards- Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (SQL and NetSuite preferred)- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders- Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement

Bonus Points:
- ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience- SOX controls implementation and support experience- Experience working with Service Now for Sprint Planning- Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company
