**Machine Operator**

**Key Skills**:
HDPE pipe production line from a pipe manufacturing Industry

**Experience**: should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in extrusion machine operation in HDPE pipe production line

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Set, Monitor and maintain all standard requirements for machine operation for better quality production.
- Make sure the availability of adequate raw material for production as per job order and proactively coordinate with the concerned person to confirm the same.
- On time monitoring of the quality of production and immediate actions if any discrepancy in quality.
- Proper and periodic maintenance of machines and monitor and execute housekeeping procedure to keep the machine and workspace neat and tidy.
- Follow the instruction of the production manager time to time.

**Skills Required**:

- Should Know how to decide thickness, length and material consumption required before manufacturing of pipe.
- Should be aware about making pipe with no wastage.
- Should know electrical and mechanical fault resolution of HDPE extrusion machine.

**Salary**:
