**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
- **Content Management**:

- Develop and manage content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for digital campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design, sales, and content teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising features.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics and optimization techniques.
- Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10,530.03 - ₹28,765.15 per month
