**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Craft a comprehensive Commerce curriculum tailored to CA/CMA Foundation and Intermediate/CSEET, UGCNET/KSET Commerce/Management Entrance exam standards.
- **Lecture Delivery**: Deliver captivating and informative lectures, simplifying complex commerce concepts for easy understanding.
- **Problem Solving**: Design challenging problem-solving exercises to enhance critical thinking skills among students.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer regular assessments, mock tests, and practice exams to gauge students' progress and offer constructive feedback.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide personalized assistance to students who require extra help, ensuring their comprehension of challenging topics.
- **Stay Current**: Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of commerce and exam trends to provide relevant and up-to-date content.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and mentor students, aiding them in setting academic goals and supporting them in achieving success.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow faculty members to create a cohesive and effective teaching environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Commerce preferred.
- Prior teaching experience of up to 5 years at the CA/CMA Foundation Level highly desirable.
- Profound knowledge of commerce concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, dedication, and a genuine passion for teaching.
