**Job Summary**:
As an Assistant Sales Executive at our Men's Wear Studio, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will assist in the day-to-day sales operations, customer engagement, and inventory management, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing product information and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the Sales Executive team in achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product offerings, and promotions within the store.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in inventory control, including stock replenishment, tagging, and organization of merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in compiling sales data for analysis.
- Assist with the planning and execution of in-store promotions and events.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for fashion and an eye for detail.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
