- "As a Commodity Support Executive in the stock broking industry, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking assistance with their investment accounts, trading platforms, and related inquiries. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience to build and maintain client relationships"

**Key Responsibility**

**Customer Assistance**:

- Offer guidance on trading strategies, investment options, and risk management.

**Problem Resolution**:
Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments such as trading, operations, and technical support.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of authority when necessary and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.

**Education and Support**:
Educate clients on various financial products.
- Provide assistance in setting up and customizing trading accounts and platforms.

**Compliance and Regulation**:
Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and procedures in all client interactions.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and customer experience improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to share feedback and insights gained from customer interactions.

**Market Insights**:
Stay updated on market news, economic trends, and relevant financial developments to offer timely information to clients.
- Client activations & Product demos

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer/commodity support, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry.
- Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading terminology, investment products, and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and trading platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification) may be a plus.
