With microscopic resolutions leading to Gigabytes of pixel data per glass slide, Digital Pathology poses interesting challenges of scale and technical appetite. It is transforming cancer care by enabling the conversion of traditional glass slide-based microscopy to a digital image, which can then be viewed and shared digitally across the globe for consultation, research and education. The team in Bangalore is switching gears towards Enterprise Pathology that realizes the “Scan anywhere, View anywhere” vision in digital pathology. It will address the challenges with scale, performance, interoperability, 3rd party AI integration etc. while bringing in platform and workflow harmonization across Precision Diagnosis Solutions (PDS). Looking for bright mind who feels excited to drive the test automation strategy and implementation around these challenges.

**You are responsible for**
- 10+ years of experience in driving Test Automation design and implementation
- Startup mindset with a go getter attitude
- Verification lead experience preferably on Health care products
- Varied experience in test automation tools is preferred
- Hands-on experience in BDD frameworks like Cucumber, Gherkins etc.
- Experience in performance and reliability testing
- Ability to drive Test Architecture and Design
- Ability to coach and coordinate work with junior team members
- Quality mindset - automation a first-class citizen on code quality
