You will work closely with QA engineers, developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliabilityKey Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Pytest and Appium. - Define test architecture strategies across UI, API, and performance testing domains. - Drive continuous integration and test automation strategies within CI/CD pipelines. - Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation developers in best practices, code reviews, and reusable test component creation. - Collaborate with development and product teams to define testing requirements and ensure test coverage across all levels. - Lead root cause analysis for test failures and implement preventive measures. - Evaluate and integrate modern testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. - Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor test effectiveness and product quality trends.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in test automation with at least 2 years as a test architect or in a similar leadership role. - Strong hands-on expertise with Python and Pytest for test automation. - Proven experience in mobile automation using Appium (iOS and Android). - Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs using tools like requests, Postman, or RestAssured. - Knowledge of test data management, mocking, and service virtualization. - Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
