**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, job market conditions, and legal hiring requirements.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess hiring efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Proven ability to source and recruit healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**PREFERRED**:

- Experience with staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
- Familiarity with compliance and credentialing requirements in healthcare staffing.
