**Job description**

**We are looking for someone who preferably has a Travel Sales Consultant, Customer Service, Aviation, Charge-back Analyst, Fare-Comparison, Cabin Crew, Airlines Reservation and Ticketing background.**

You will be involved in selling flight tickets after gaining a full insight into individual holiday aspirations for the Inbound Process in US, UK and Canada.

Having confidence and flare, you will effectively adapt your selling style and build a rapport with customers.

You will be involved in providing support for the flight reservation, Cancellation, and re-schedule after gaining a full insight into individual holiday aspirations for the Inbound Process US, UK and Canada

You will be equipped with specialist knowledge to confidently advise on an extensive range of flight routes and tailor-made experiences, as well as a range of ancillary by selling flight tickets, with a view to achieving the team's sales targets.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Help clients identify their ideal travel package by designing international flight itineraries based on their requirements and being able to check for the best possible flight options for international passengers.
- Handling inbound calls, and giving support for airline reservations.
- Knowledge about selling flight tickets globally.
- Should be flexible to work with USA, Canada, and UK processes.
- Identifying customers' needs by providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation.

- Should be familiar with Amadeus, Saber and Galileo (any GDS)
- Strong Knowledge of GDS.
- Ability to work towards individuals and with the team.
- Good accuracy and numerical skills.
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
