**Inventory Control**: Supervise inventory management activities, including receiving, storing, and organizing paint products in the warehouse.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff and adhere to regulatory requirements.

**Billing and Invoicing**:

- **Invoicing**: Generate accurate invoices for customer orders, ensuring completeness and correctness of billing details.
- **Billing Documentation**: Maintain billing records and documentation, including purchase orders, shipping manifests, and customer contracts.
- **Payment Processing**: Process customer payments through various channels and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
- **Billing Disputes**: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with the billing team and other departments as needed.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and account reconciliation in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and billing functions, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and billing software; experience with SAP
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in warehouse operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
