We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Early Years Academic Coordinator** to lead the planning, implementation, and quality assurance of our International Early Years curriculum. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and a passion for mentoring educators to deliver outstanding learning experiences. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the academic implementation across all early years levels.
- Support and mentor teaching staff in curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, assessment, and classroom practices as per International curriculum
- Ensure a play-based, inquiry-led approach to teaching and learning.
- Monitor learning outcomes and provide guidance on student progress and documentation.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team on curriculum development, school improvement etc

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
