**Urgent vacancy for a Store supervisor for a renowned Bakery Chain/ Confectionery based in Kasba Area.**

**JOB TITLE **:Supervisor - Store
- **(Food Items Raw Material Store)**_

**WORK LOCATION**:Kolkata (Kasba Area)

**REPORTS TO**:Store Manager

**Qualification**:Education - B.Com (H) with at least 50% and above marks.

**Experience**: At least 4-5 years in Store handling in a Food manufacturing industry

**Salary**:Annual CTC - Rs 2.80 - 3.20 Lac depending on experience.

**Age Range **:Within 30 Years

**Location**:Kasba Industrial Estate, Kolkata

**KEY RESULT AREA**:

- Day to day store operations and warehouse planning.
- Adherence to timely procurement
- Material replenishment planning.
- RFQ for some specific items.
- Follow up with vendors regarding on time delivery of goods.
- Receiving of goods.

**(Should also be flexible to do night shift)**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and packaging materials to the internal departments
- Maintains storage condition, ensures safety and security of materials.
- Follow-up with vendor regarding on time delivery of materials.
- Monthly stock taking.
- Arranging quality certificates and all other documents from vendors at the time of receiving of materials (COA, Form E, E-way bill etc.)
- Prepares documents for ISO/FSSAI Audit.
- Adhere to operational SOPs
- To ensure maintaining storage condition, ensures safety and security of materials
- To supervise the processing of requisitions and requests
- Prepares workers’ shift chart and allots their duty accordingly.
- Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned workers;
- Assign workloads to workers.
- Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests.
- Other Miscellaneous work that may arise out of the course of the responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Store Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Food Raw Material Store: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Bengali and Hindi (preferred)
