**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for the repair of the company’s internal production of electronic components.

**Hand soldering skills**:

- Level 1: According to the requirements of WI do through-hold parts hand soldering can meet quantity and quality requirements of daily production of the line. Soldering iron inspection and maintenance are required.
- Level 2: Able to do through-hole parts soldering and SMT parts soldering except size 0402 parts and 0.5mm pitch parts and other special parts.
- Level 3: Can do size 0402 parts and 0.5mm pitch parts and other special parts soldering. Can do defective PCBA board repair.

**Re-Worker Skills**:

- Level 1: It is possible to repair defective products in each process(SMT, Hand soldering, Functional test process) in the factory
- Level 2: It can use a multimeter to measure some components to confirm where the issue is.
- Level 3: Necessary check of the PCBA. And can preliminarily determine the cause of the malfunction.

**Knowledge**:

- Inspection standards IPC-A-610,
- Familiar with the performance and use of electronic components
- Basic knowledge of drawings

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Technical secondary school/ITI / Diploma
- 5 years or above production experience in electronics factory;
- 5 years and above of soldering experience;
- Familiar with the performance and use of electronic components;
- Proficiency in the use of the ERP system;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of ESD&MSD control;
- Basic English reading and writing ability.

**Main Tasks / Responsibilities**:

- Defective in the process of repair, including (SMT, hand soldering and functional testing);
- Capability to analyze and repair the defect;
- Responsible for the daily record of defect products;
- Responsible for the management of defective product;
- Work with relevant lines to improve process quality;
- Visit customer facility if required;
- Complete the other tasks assigned by superior.
