**Currently we are looking for young and enthusiastic Entertainment Service Provider at PVR INOX plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the cinema until they leave.**

**Job Title: Service Associate - Operations**

**Location**: PVR RIVOLI CP,PVR PLAZA CP,PVR 3CS Lajpat Nagar

**Job Overview**:
As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all patrons visiting our cinema. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable movie-going experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they enter the cinema and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
- Provide information about movie schedules, Food prices and seating arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the company.
- Assist guests with the purchase of concessions items, including snacks and beverages.
- Guide guests to their designated seats in the auditorium, ensuring a smooth and efficient seating process.
- Assist guests with finding seats for large groups or individuals with special needs.
- Maintaining all required hygiene standards (maintained and clean inventory & equipment) of PVR INOX
- Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
- Box office handling, ticketing and reporting
- Assist with crowd control during peak hours and special events.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required, including cash handling and reconciliation.

Cabs Services are not available.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+2 or any Graduate.(Hotel Management Preferred.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
