must be M.Tech with 15 years’ experience in designing & implementing

Command Centre for Minimum 2 Projects.
- The Command Centre Operator is responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability and

protection of the company's primary assets: reputation, people, information and facilities, by

monitoring the company's critical infrastructure and acting as the control liaison during

incidents.
- Under the direction of the operations manager, Command Centre Specialist is an IT-focused

role that is responsible for executing daily responsibilities related to incident management,

implementation and deployment. An emphasis is placed on assisting in the monitoring and

strong working relationships with all technical support teams.
- Preparing SLA report as per the contract agreement and submitting to the customer on

monthly basis.
- Ensuring maximum uptime of ICT Components at ICCC, Police Control Room, NOC

Room, Datacentre, Disaster Recovery and UPS Room.
- Performing schedule maintenance for the ICT components at Command Control Centre

(ICCC and Police Control Room) as per the plan.
- Preventive maintenance to be carried out as scheduled for video wall at ICCC & Police

control room.
- Preventive maintenance to be carried out as scheduled for HVAC and Split AC installed at

ICCC, Police control room, NOC Room, Datacentre, UPS Room etc.
- Scheduling cleaning of false floor of ICCC, Police control room, NOC Room, Data centre

on regular basis.
- Scheduling cleaning of all workstations, IP Phones, Joysticks, Operator tables, Operator

chairs etc.
- Preparation of power point presentation on project during any VIP visit.
- Organizing meetings with sub vendors, OEMs and with BEL management through Video

Conferencing at conference hall of ASCL.
- Attending regular meetings with ASCL officials such as CEO, Nodal Officer, CDO, SP City,

SP Traffic and ANN.
- Monitoring the health of various ICT Components through Integrated building management

system.
- Coordination with the help desk operators and ensuring closure of generated tickets without

SLA breach.
- Coordination with the Data Centre team and installation of updates, patches, firmware

updates, updating of antivirus.
- Monitoring and support of the store LAN/WAN.
- Monitoring and support of high priority incidents
- Monitoring and support of the wireless network, SAN and VOIP systems
- Monitoring and incident management of Datacentre, Storage Facilities, and Disaster

Recovery Facilities.
- Analysing the technology environment.
- Analysing enterprise specifics.
- Analysing and documenting requirements.
- Supporting project management
- Ensuring solution and operations reliability
- Analysing and optimizing technical and business processes
- Setup communication between stakeholders and engineers
- Analyse and improve system performance
- Provide technical support
- Prepare presentation for the solution proposed and present to customer in person or through

webinar.
- Perform site visit, client meetings as and when required
