Main duty responsibilities:

- Staff Management & Training
- **Assign duties**: Distribute daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
- **Train staff**: Conduct orientation and training on policies, cleaning procedures, and equipment use.
- **Supervise and motivate**: Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team morale and productivity.

Operations & Standards
- **Inspect work**:Routinely inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- **Maintain inventory**:Monitor, track, and order cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
- **Enforce policies**:Implement and enforce all hotel policies related to cleanliness, safety, and security.
- **Handle complaints**:Investigate and resolve guest complaints or issues regarding housekeeping services.
- **Coordinate with other departments**:Liaise with maintenance to report and follow up on repairs or defects in furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
- **Report and recommend**:Keep records of personnel actions and work assignments and make recommendations to improve efficiency and service quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
