Position: Mathematics Teacher

Location: Rainbow High School, IDPL Colony, Chintal

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: minimum of 1 years experience as a Mathematics teacher in CBSE School.

Qualification: [B.Ed., M.Sc./B.Sc. in Mathematics, or equivalent]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons as per the curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that enhance students' mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students who need additional help.
- Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Prepare and distribute educational materials, including worksheets and practice exercises.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and academic performance.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or a teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a school or educational institution is an advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and technology integration in education.
