We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future. **Role Summary**: **Main Accountabilities**: In scope: Program management across all flexible packaging formats - sachet, pouch, flow wraps as appropriate. - Project Governance: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of project trackers, gate documentation, and governance routines for all Future Flex initiatives. - TRL/Gate Readiness: Own the preparation of gate review materials and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all inputs are consolidated and aligned before decision points. - Network Coordination: Maintain and update stakeholder maps(Different Business groups, Finance, BU for execution network); ensure the right people are engaged at the right time across Origami program. Proactively manage network readiness and escalate gaps. - Data Integrity, Analytics & Reporting: - Deliver timely and accurate data analysis to support decision-making across Future Flex workstreams. - Build and maintain basic dashboards to track KPIs such as savings, sustainability metrics, and project velocity. - Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using structured data reviews. - Support lifecycle documentation and audit readiness with clean, validated data. - Meeting Support: Schedule, document, and follow up on governance and project meetings, ensuring clear visibility of actions and decisions. - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is audit-ready and aligned with sustainability, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. **Experiences and Skills required**: - 10+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or analytics roles - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools (preferred) - Experience maintaining trackers, timelines, and project documentation - Exposure to gate-based governance models (e.g., IB Start, Develop, Launch) - Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making - Experience building basic dashboards and reports - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Effective written and verbal communication - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Procurement, SC, Marketing) - Interest in sustainability, packaging innovation, and regulatory compliance - Self-starter with a collaborative and learning mindset **Standards of Leadership**: - Growth Mindset with focus on what counts. - Bias for Action. - Agile and quick adaptation to change. - Deliver with excellence by taking ownership. **Work Experience**: 10+ years of experience in program coordination, PMO support, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis—preferably within packaging innovation or sustainability-focused programs within FMCG sector. **Education**: Masters in packaging, Masters of Business Administration, Engineering, PMP certified. **Our commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion** Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life This means giving full and fair consideration to all applicants and continuing development of all employees regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity. - "All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
