**Experience**

2-4 yrs in Packaging Development

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Creating new package design as per current and upcoming market requirements.
- Catering to the need of marketing requirements & providing them with right samples/ packaging at the right cost.
- Coordinating with purchase team, product development team and ensuring the delivery of packing material by the pre agreed timelines.
- Re-engineering or redesign of packaging for existing products.
- Responsible in ensuring the new design/packing line runs without error.
- Conducting all packaging material validation (Factory trial/Transit trial/) prior to qualifying for commercial production.
- Coordination with R&D for stability trial & packaging material evaluation during course of stability.
- New vendor development.
- Driving cost saving projects related to packaging material end to end.

**Competencies**

Sound Knowledge of working on all kinds of packing materials, high level of People management skills, Good Negotiation skills, open to travel out of station for long periods of time.
