**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Designing and developing training programs to address specific soft skills needs of trainees. This involves identifying learning objectives, selecting appropriate training methods, and creating engaging learning materials & modules.

2. Delivering training sessions. This includes facilitating workshops, seminars, or one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance participants' soft skills through interactive activities, role-plays, case studies, and group discussions.

3.Assessing the soft skill needs of the trainees and Identifying areas where improvement is needed and tailoring training programs accordingly.

4. If needed, Provide personalized coaching and feedback to trainees to help them develop specific soft skills and provide ongoing support and guidance.

5.Capable of taking English communication training and motivate, encourage the trainees to speak and express their thoughts with clarity and impact.

**Requirements**:
A Minimum of 1-2 year of Experience in the relevant field.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
