Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students.
- Plan and prepare daily lessons and activities that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and safe.
- Establish clear expectations for behavior and classroom routines, and consistently reinforce these expectations with positive reinforcement and appropriate consequences.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on learning experiences into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress through ongoing observation, formal assessments, and portfolio documentation.
- Provide regular feedback to students and families on academic progress, behavior, and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to meet the individual needs of students and promote a positive school culture.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers through newsletters, conferences, and other channels to keep them informed about their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education and pedagogy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to health and safety.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early literacy and numeracy skills, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,644.62 - ₹24,235.23 per month
