**Project Overview**:
Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel’s India offices.

**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing scheduling operations requiring a high degree of technical skill and experience. You will establish stakeholder relationships, conduct schedule analysis and integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor schedule health and performance, recommend alternatives, and deliver training sessions and workshops. Your activities will synthesize project components into seamless execution. You will work with the project team, supervise senior planners, coordinate customer and designated EPC contractors. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time. You will help EPCM contractors to manage scheduling operations effectively within their organization to support overall project's success. As a PMC team member you will ensure complaince by performing EPCM contractors

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Manages planning activities for the entirety of a large project with greater financial and reputational risk, including Level 1, 3, and 4 schedules. Typically, these projects include added complexities such as large value lump sum contracts, complicated teaming/ partnership arrangements with multiple organization.
- Identifies schedule trends for management attention.
- Analyzes data to provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges.
- Ensures schedule updates are completed in time to support project reporting requirements.
- Responsible for reporting schedule curves, narrative, contingency, corporate schedule metrics, and any other project specific reporting requirements.
- Supports project organizational and administrative activities.
- Maintains open communications with other organizations to support schedule maintenance and reporting.
- Identifies schedule restraints. Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule and prepares and presents the Schedule Impact Report. Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule.
- Develops schedule recovery plans.
- Evaluates subcontractor schedules for required workarounds or potential schedule improvements.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Experience of working as PMC or consultant on EPC projects of similar nature OR working with PMC in the role of EPC contractor in large EPC projects.
- Highly skilled in oral and written communication.
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office.
- Experience of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.
- Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
