You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**

1. **Order Management**
- Oversee the processing of customer orders from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of products.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

2. **Inventory Management**
- Keep track of product availability and coordinate restocking with suppliers or warehouses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update stock levels and product data.

3. **Customer Service and Support**
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

4. **Logistics and Fulfillment**
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for shipping and fulfillment.
- Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Address any issues with delivery delays or damages.

**Skills Needed**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal coordination and customer interactions.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
- Ms Excel, Google Sheets

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
