Manage calendar, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Manage travel arrangements, Coordinating with travel agency, hotels etc
- Process correspondence.
- Maintain office systems, including data management, filing and records of contacts.
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Proprietor.
- Manage arrangements for Internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas,

pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers and accurately record minutes from meetings.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required.
- Provide general administrative support.

1. Young energetic female Graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience,
with a pleasant personality.
2. Experience in an MNC will be an added advantage.
3.Able to multi-task.
4.Excellent communication skills. Professional level verbal and written communications
skills in English.
5. knowledge and experience of MS- office, google sheets, google forms, PPT and excel.
6. Must be able to meet requirements in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petta, Cochin, Ernakulam - 682038, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal assistant: 3 years (preferred)
