As a Market Research Intern for our new tea brand, your primary responsibility will be to conduct field research by visiting tea shops and stalls in designated areas. This will involve engaging directly with shop owners or staff to gather valuable insights regarding consumer preferences, market trends, and the overall tea-selling environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Field Visits: Visit a minimum of 20 tea shops/stalls daily in assigned areas to gather first-hand market data.
2. Conduct Interviews: Ask a set of predefined questions to shop owners, managers, and staff to understand their current tea offerings, customer preferences, and the potential for introducing our tea brand.
3. Product Sampling: Distribute tea samples of our brand to the shop owners and staff, ensuring they are aware of the brand and its unique qualities.
4. Data Collection: Record detailed feedback and observations during your visits, including responses to the questions and any relevant comments from shopkeepers or customers.
5. Report Submission: Compile and submit daily reports summarizing the findings and feedback received from each visit. Highlight key trends, challenges, and opportunities for market penetration.
6. Market Analysis: Identify and report on local competitors, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics used by other tea brands in the market.
7. Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for our brand, ensuring that all interactions are professional, informative, and contribute positively to the brand's image.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
