**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Purchase Entries**:
Handle accurate and timely entries of sales and purchase invoices in the accounting system with end-to-end understanding.
- **Receipts & Payments**:
Maintain records of all receipts and payments. Ensure timely and accurate entry in the books.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:
Perform end-to-end monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- **Outstanding Follow-up**:
Monitor receivables and follow up with clients/vendors for pending payments.
- **GST & TDS Compliance**:

- Complete knowledge of GST, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns filing, and reconciliation.
- **Credit Note (CN) Reports**:
Prepare and maintain credit note reports accurately and timely.
- **E-Way Bill & E-Invoice Generation**:
Generate E-Way bills and E-Invoices as per the latest statutory guidelines.
- **Payment Follow-Up**:
Regular coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure timely payments.
- **GEMs Portal (Government E-Marketplace)**:
Basic working knowledge of GEM portal processes like order processing and documentation.
- **Tally ERP**:
In-depth knowledge of Tally for daily accounting, voucher entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reports.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation
- Proficient in Tally ERP (mandatory)
- MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
