**Job Description: Health Coach**

**Position Overview**:
The Health Coach plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between clients and healthcare professionals, including doctors, dietitians, fitness trainers, and psychologists. The role involves scheduling consultations, sharing necessary information, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout their health and wellness journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Initial Doctor Consultation (Day 1)
- Schedule the doctor’s consultation and send confirmation messages to both the client and the doctor.
- Share the assessment form responses or filled-up client card with the doctor.
- Ensure effective communication between the client and the doctor.
- Post-consultation, share the doctor’s prescription with the client.
- Inform the client about required blood investigations.

2. Initial Diet Consultation (Day 1 - After Doctor’s Consultation)
- Schedule the consultation with the dietitian and share consultation messages.
- Provide the dietitian with the assessment form responses or filled-up client card.
- Ensure smooth communication between the client and the dietitian.
- Issue the diet chart after reviewing the blood investigation report (within 2 days).
- If the client provides the report instantly, forward it to the doctor for review and share the approved plan with the client.
- If the report is delayed (2-3 days), inform the client and proceed based on their preference.
- If delayed beyond 7 days, the assigned dietitian will contact the client for further course of action.
- After sharing the diet chart, schedule an explanation session with the dietitian.

3. Fitness Assessment (Day 1 or 2)
- Book the fitness assessment slot with the trainer and client.
- Share confirmation messages with both parties.
- Ensure the trainer completes the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and conducts a comprehensive health screening.
- Oversee the assessment process, including posture evaluation, flexibility, endurance, joint mobility, balance, and strength assessment.
- Recommend package upgrades if needed.
- Record assessment details in the client card.

4. Psychological Assessment and Sessions (If Required)
- Coordinate psychological assessments and therapy sessions as per the client’s needs.
- Ensure confidential handling of client data and seamless communication with the assigned psychologist.

5. Collecting Client Feedback
- Request feedback at different stages:

- First feedback within 15 days.
- Second feedback after one month.
- Use feedback to enhance service quality and personalization.
- Share package upgrade details with the client on the 10th day.
- Provide motivation and guidance throughout the program.
- Ensure secure handling and regular updates of client data in compliance with privacy regulations.

6. Follow-Up Consultations
- Schedule doctor and diet consultations as needed within or after one month.

7. Fitness Re-Assessments
- Conduct reassessment sessions upon package expiry.
- Document progress in the client card and workout chart.
- Explain progress, celebrate achievements, and encourage continued commitment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nutrition, fitness, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple schedules efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of medical, diet, fitness, and psychological wellness terminologies.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare support roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling confidential client data securely.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
