**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Title: Service and Installation In-charge_
- Install new products and test them to ensure the functioning.
- Coordination with team to provide immediate solution to customer queries.
- Perform maintenance and provide customer supports.
- Coordination with customers to Diagnose the problems and come up with solutions to rectify the problems.
- Documentation of service reports after every service/installation.
- On site visit for service/ Installation may require some time.
- Investigate problems, analyse root causes, and derive resolutions.

**Skills**:

- BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical engineering.
- 1-2yrs with Service and installation experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
