**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Starting Business in a New Village**
- Identify and survey potential villages
- Assist Branch Manager in feasibility & survey completion

**2. Business Sourcing**
- Identify and meet potential female customers
- Explain loan product details

**3. Disbursement Support**
- Assist in loan disbursement
- Ensure accurate loan documentation

**4. EMI Collection**
- Collect EMIs from customer groups
- Deposit same day to bank & update via LTFS App

**Onboarding Documentation Checklist (mandatory)**
- Passport size photo
- E-Aadhaar Card
- PAN
- 10th, 12th & Graduation Marksheet (if any)

- Bank Passbook/Cheque Book

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
