
Accounts & Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate monthly financial statements and reports for the board and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to relevant authorities.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for society activities.
- **Compliance and Audits**:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with audits, preparing necessary documentation, and responding to inquiries.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with members, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Support the team in communications related to society events and activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
