**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, and record them in the calendar.
- Arrange and coordinate the GM's schedule and remind him in time.
- Assist the General Manager in compiling data.
- Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizing the GM's priorities.
- File and record all business documents as required.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
- Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization.
- Responsible for supporting GM in finalization, drafting, mails, minutes making in daily routine activities.
- Responsible for supporting GM work aspects including meetings, appointments, and interviews lined up.
- Responsible for supporting GM in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposal budgets, and expenses, and monitoring the financial balance sheet.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Prior Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
- Problem-solving: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: Strong command of the English language.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
