Accounting in Tally Prime and maintaining complete files for each client2.
Preparing management reporting for clients3.
Finalisation of accounts and preparing financial statements4.
Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax return5.
Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns6.
GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns7.
Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects8.
Assistance in preparing financial model, investment teaser, investment memorandum9.
Preparing secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings10.
Advisory on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax and GSTQualification: CA intermediate both group pass | Candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer, can also apply.
Stipend: INR 12,000 for first year | INR 15,000 for second yearSkill set required: 1.     Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws2.     Good communication and presentation skills3.     Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Power PointOffice Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (5 days a week)Office Location: ATS Bouquet, Unit No.
