You further need to maintain a record of all the walk-in clientele and also handle

follow-ups for the same.
- You will also be further trained into making quotations for the clients along with ensuring

that the order has been placed timely and the delivery of the product is done in proper

fashion.
- You will further need to follow a day to day reporting system and the same needs to be

reported to your immediate manager.
- You will further be incharge of office staff, their schedules and their reporting.
- You also need to ensure that the store is cleaned and maintained in orderly fashion and

need to create structures, processes and schedules for the office staff.
- You will be also working closely with the accountant and ensuring daily expenses are

recorded correctly and filing is done as it should be.
- You will be further incharge of maintaining documentation of staff and keeping the filing

system updated as required.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of office and Store supplies and

purchase accordingly and when necessary. Maintaining such expenses and it’s bill copy

will fall under your responsibility.
- You will also need to ensure that timings are maintained properly of each staff member

and report any discrepancies.
- Basic knowledge, workings and understanding of the Tally is a plus.
- You further need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office along with Google Drive.
- Attendance & Reimbursements of the Office staff will be maintained and executed by

you. You need to submit a print out of the same on MD’s desk at the end of the month for

his approval.
- You will further keep a track of samples given out by various team members and have a

list of stock inventory.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
