Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Create content marketing campaigns (blogs, newsletters, emailers, case studies).
  • Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) and prepare reports.
  • Handle email campaigns and track performance.
  • Support design of creatives and ad banners (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Creativity in content creation and digital storytelling.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.

0.5–1 year experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong internship/project experience may apply).

Certifications in Google Ads / SEO / Social Media Marketing are a plus.
