**Job Overview: -**

**The MOEF Officer will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations and approvals required under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) and related state/central authorities. The role requires a strong understanding of environmental clearance processes, liaisoning with regulatory bodies, and supporting project execution teams in meeting statutory obligations.**

**Duties: -**
- **Handle environmental clearances (EC), CRZ clearances, and other MOEF-related approvals for real estate projects.**:

- **Liaise with consultants, government departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth approval processes.**:

- **Maintain compliance records, documentation, and timely renewals of environmental permissions.**:

- **Provide guidance to project teams on environmental compliance requirements.**:

- **Stay updated on changes in environmental laws, policies, and procedures.**:

- **Coordinate with legal and project management teams to ensure no deviation from compliance norms.**

**Qualifications: -**
- **Bachelor’s degree in environmental science / civil engineering / urban planning / architecture (preferred).**:

- **Additional certification in environmental law/compliance will be an advantage.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of MoEFCC, SEIAA, SEAC approval processes, CRZ rules, and environmental laws.**:

- **Strong liaisoning skills with government authorities and consultants.**:

- **Excellent communication, drafting, and follow-up skills.**:

- **Based in or willing to relocate to Andheri East, Mumbai.**

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
