- Minimum 12th pass with a diploma or certificate in hairdressing from a recognized beauty school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional hairstylist in a salon or studio environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- **Ability to demonstrate hairdressing techniques clearly and effectively.**
- Strong command of English language, both written and verbal.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to student success.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring hairstyling students or professionals is highly desirable.
- Hands on experience in Coloring Techniques Hands on experience in Hair Treatment such as (Keratin, Cysteine, Botox, Rebonding, Smoothing, Protein Treatments, Chemical Treatments etc)
- Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and preferences and tailor training approaches accordingly.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Patient and understanding.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions on various hairdressing techniques, adhering to the Color Cafe Academy curriculum and syllabus.
- Conduct interactive demonstrations and provide one-on-one support to students during practical sessions.
- Conduct Students' Internal Assessments and prepare them well for External Assessments
- Conducting & planning batch wise topics (Theory & Practical)
- Prepare SOP for Students
- Collect feedback of training conducted
- Assess student progress through practical assessments and written examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing through ongoing professional development activities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the hairdressing curriculum.
- Participate in student recruitment and promotional activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude within the academy environment.
- Conduct the sessions as per the specified course content and schedule
- Build Students' Competency according to the levels required to fit in the industry
- Resolve Student Queries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
