**Job Summary**
- We are seeking a professional and friendly **Hospital Receptionist**to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
- This role involves managing the front desk, coordinating appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Patient Interaction**:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist patients with registration and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
- **Appointment Management**:
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for appointment availability.
**Administrative Tasks:Front Desk Operations:Coordination**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and issue receipts for hospital services.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the waiting area to ensure patient comfort.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with billing, insurance processing, and documentation as needed.**Qualifications**:
