As an Experienced Architect at Vasi Architects, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of a wide range of architectural projects. Collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and fellow architects, you will leverage your expertise to bring creative visions to life while ensuring practicality, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conceptualisation to completion, and to contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Lead the development of architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design development phases for assigned projects.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters.
- **Client Collaboration**: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural drafting, detailing, and documentation using industry-standard software and methodologies.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the design and construction phases, conducting regular site visits and inspections as needed.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design and construction process.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design, and integrate them into our project workflows and methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Yearly bonus
