Java Architect

Job Description – Solution Architect (Java ) - 12+ years of ExpRole Purpose The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of scalable, high-performance backend and integration architectures leveraging Java, Spring, and modern cloud technologies. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and strong stakeholder collaboration across business, design, and delivery teams. The architect will define standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles and business goals.Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define and maintain end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-grade applications and integrations. Evaluate existing systems to identify architectural improvements, modernization opportunities, and technical risks. Design microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, scalability, and resilience. Define API design standards, security frameworks, and cloud-native patterns. Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance requirements. Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership to backend and full-stack engineering teams. Mentor developers on best practices in software design, cloud deployment, and CI/CD automation. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and delivery managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints. Oversee integration between applications, third-party systems, and data platforms. Development Oversight & Governance Define coding standards, testing frameworks, and development workflows. Participate in architectural reviews and ensure adherence to design principles. Support DevOps teams in designing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code templates. Review and optimize system performance, database design, and API throughput. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks in the Java, cloud, and microservices ecosystem. Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and cloud-native solutions to improve system efficiency. Drive standardization, automation, and reusability across solution components.Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field. Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in solution or technical architecture roles. Proven expertise in backend system design, distributed systems, and integration architecture. Experience designing and deploying applications onAzureorAWS . Strong knowledge ofJava ,Spring Boot ,Microservices ,Docker , andKubernetes . Solid understanding ofOAuth2 ,SSO , andsecurity design patterns . Experience with databases ( SQL and NoSQL ) and messaging systems ( Kafka ,RabbitMQ , etc.). Familiarity withCI/CD ,DevOps , andAgile methodologies .Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent knowledge of cloud-native and containerized architecture patterns. Deep understanding ofRESTful APIdesign and enterprise integration frameworks. Knowledge ofdata security ,authentication , andauthorization frameworks . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and guide technical teams in a distributed environment. Strong documentation and presentation skills to articulate complex architectures clearly.
