**We Are Hiring A 3D Visualizer**

**Salary**:Rs 3.00LPA To Rs.4.20LPA**

**Qualification**:Minimum HSC or Any Graduate.**

**Experience**:

- **02 To 03 Years of Experience in the use of AutoCAD2d, 3D Max, Vray/Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other plug-in and special effects software is essential.**:

- **A hands-on walkthrough and any video editing experience would be an advantage.**:

- **Excellent portfolio of previous work**

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD drawings.**:

- **Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision.**:

- **Provide efficient modeling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modeling packages.**:

- **Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering on visuals.**:

- **Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior, and landscape visuals.**:

- **Convert lead designer's brief into 2d CAD & further into 3d MAX.**:

- **Prepare final renders and presentations for clients.**:

- **Work closely with the design team.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest software used in the visualization field and research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images.**

**Essential Skills**
- **Experience in designing residential interior spaces, ideally with international project experience.**:

- **Experience in producing high-quality architectural/interior still images and animations.**:

- **Fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualization techniques and photo-realistic rendering techniques.**:

- **Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes and proficient modeling skills.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **High professional integrity.**:

- **Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.**:

- **Ability to be proactive, use own initiative and work autonomously.**:

- **Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking.**:

- **Attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Creative with a high degree of flexibility.**

**Location: Thane - Maharashtra.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
