We are seeking Commission-Based Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients from the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, and generate revenue through successful deal closures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and target businesses in the specified regions.
- Pitch our range of services, including website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing, to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and commission rates with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the digital services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Strong understanding of the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand markets and their business landscapes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently (no sales target)

**Compensation**:
This position offers a commission-based payment structure, with an attractive commission rate ranging from 20% to 30% on each successful deal closure. The more clients you bring in, the higher your earning potential
