Tele Sales Executive – Australian Solar Sales (Work from Home)

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Tele Sales Executives to join our team for the Australian Solar Sales process. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining solar solutions, and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads will be provided).
• Promote solar products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Build rapport and maintain a professional conversation with prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience in the Australian solar industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
• Must have your own laptop, headphones, and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
