**Job Title: Production Supervisor (Modular Kitchen)**

**Summary**

The Production Supervisor in a modular kitchen manufacturing factory is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production process of modular kitchen units. This role involves ensuring that production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and is completed on schedule. The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in managing a team of skilled workers, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and continuously improving production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Coordination**:

- Schedule and prioritize production tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Ensure that raw materials, tools, and equipment are readily available for the production team.

2. **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that modular kitchen units meet the specified standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address defects or issues in the production process.
- Train production team members in quality standards and procedures.

3. **Team Management**:

- Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of production workers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve production-related challenges.

4. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed within the production area.
- Train production staff on safe work practices and monitor compliance.
- Adhere to environmental and regulatory standards.

5. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and request replenishments as needed.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely material deliveries.

6. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize production workflows and minimize waste.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular production reports for management, detailing productivity, quality, and any issues.
- Maintain records of production metrics, including output, waste, and downtime.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**-Experience: 2 yr above**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the furniture or modular kitchen industry.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen production processes and materials.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
